In 1991 the original version of Flight Sim Toolkit was released on the Archimedes A3000, then in 1993 it was released for the PC and in 1994 "Flight Sim Toolkit: World War II" was released. There remains to this day a dedicated band of enthusiasts who have created their own aircraft and scenarios. The graphics engine was similar to SVGA Harrier Assault, one of the first SVGA sims. Title - Proflight Release Date - Developer - Publisher - Comments - 1992Title - A320 AirbusRelease Date - Developer - Publisher - Comments - One of the most complex civilian flight sims for the Commodore Amiga. It was developed in conjunction with LUFTHANSA. The sim came with a huge manual, a massive "notepad" containing Jeppessen airfield approach charts for almost every controlled airfield in Central Europe, and 4 high level navigation charts, and a massive poster of a real A320 cockpit. Title - Stunt Island Release Date - Developer - Publisher - Disney ? Collection - Comments - A DOS-based sim from 1992. You had various stunts to fly, such as landing on a train or picking up a stunt man on a rope ladder, and you could also design your own stunts and make films of the whole "mission." You could then edit these films with different angles and effects and props, and even add a simple soundtrack. The flight models were rather simplified, but it was a lot of fun, and it was theoretically non-violent (for the Disney crowd), since even in those stunts where you used guns, it was all special effects (of course the same is true in ANY sim). 1993Title - Flight Sim ToolkitRelease Date - Developer - Publisher - Comments - Title - XFS - "Experimental Flight Simulator" Release Date - Developer - Publisher - Comments - 1994Title - Microsoft Space Simulator Release Date - Developer - Publisher - Comments - 1995
