Cougar HOTAS - A Dummies guide to installing

INSTALL SOFTWARE FIRST
  1. Install the software BEFORE plugging in the stick. Just put the CD in and follow the instructions
  2. A menu will pop up - and select install the HOTAS COUGAR software. OfF it goes
  3. THEN install the Foxy software... same way
  4. exit when done and restart the computer
THEN THE STICK
  1. Once restarted, Windows is ready to recognise that new stick
  2. Having connected it to itself.... throttle to stick ....
  3. then plug HOTAS into USB port
  4. Windows will start installing drivers ..... all explained in leaflet just keep clicking
  5. Run the Thrustmaster software once - contriol panel
  6. Then run FOXY - this will be your interface with the unit
