GDI Mission 4 - In the Box - The Bridges
There are two bridges to destroy.
- The first is at the top right hand corner of the map.
- Add an infantry squad
to the armour you already have and you should be able to fight your way past the Cyborg Commando and couple of Cyborgs located there.
- Once at, or rather under the bridge you can destroy it from underneath - there is no need to fight your way up the plateau.
- The second bridge is destroyed much more easily. Simply build 2 or 3 Disk Throwers and an Amphibious APC. Put the DTs in the APC and send it along the bottom of the map to the lower left hand corner. Then go North a little way and you will see the bridge.
- Unload the Disk Throwers and use Ctrl - mouse click to target the
near end of the brodge. The disks will bounce along and explode somewhere near the middle. It is no use targetting the middle of the bridge as the disks tend to bounce off and land in the water!
- Leave the happy Disk Throwers to their task - enemy reinforcements will drive by but not stop to engage them.
