James Bond
Diamonds are Forever

Bond goes to Vegas.

Aircraft
None to speak of.

Gadgetry
Bond steals a "Moon Buggy" which looks pretty acme actually - like a prop from a B-grade 50's sci-fi flick. Not up to the usual Bond-gadgetry standards.

He scales a high-rise with the help of a hand gun which fires pitons into the structure.

Blofeld uses a "Transistorised Voice Changer" embedded in his throat which converts an upper class English accent to a US drawl!

The silly Seventies... this one just didn't gel for me. The situations stretch and ultimately fracture even my suspension of disbelief!
