Xmas is coming
Not much action at the base the last couple of weeks, for which I apologise.
I've been extremely busy sorting out other things - which brings me to the point of emails:
I get a LOT of mail and it falls into two main categories:
The first category I appreciate - but please don't be offended if I don't reply quickly ....
or sometimes, at all!
- e-mails which give me information and feedback
- e-mails which ask for games, information and answers to questions
I try though - and reader's contributions make up a valuable and significant portion of the site's
content. Actually one of the best ways you can show appreciation for the site is to buy a
game or piece of hardware through the
MiGMan's Flight Sim Shop
The second category I
used to reply to individually,
then I wrote up several
Frequently Asked Questions
pages to refer people to which cover -
... but now I may have to simply ignore these types of questions -- as rude as that may seem.
There simply aren't enough hours in the day! Busy people will understand this I'm sure.
- What is MiGMan's Combat Diary all about?
- Fair go mate! - Using the Flight Sim Museum
- Questions about software at MiGMan's Combat Diary
- Questions about Flight Sim and Game Hardware
- Questions about software at MiGMan's Combat Diary and more)
In the meantime I'm playing with the
Microsoft Sidewinder Strategic Commander,
Sidewinder Game Voice
Microsoft Combat Flight Sim 2
so there will be info going up on those in the next week or so.

World War 2 PilotsI found a good site based in San Francisco: www.worldwar2pilots.com
From the website:
The Group is informal and there are only two rules:
1 - You must have been an Allied or Axis pilot or co-pilot during World War II.
2 - If you die at lunch, you get kicked out of the organization.
Thats it. Pretty simple rules don't you think? Well we have among us a tank driver...
