CPU2Kill reported that he managed to run it on a 486-66 mHz....! It's hard to believe nowadays that 66 Mhz could drive a word processor let alone a flight sim!.


Jet - 1980's Jet Combat.

Satoshi "Bin" Hiranuma, a flight sim fanatic from Nagoya Japan, has a few good screenshots on his site from Jet. They are from the NEC PC-9801 series of PC's. That brings the total so far to Apple ][e, Apple Mac and Commodore 64 and PC versions of Jet.

The Westwood team gets better and better. Red Alert 2 is a blast! Tongue in cheek and with a slick interface, it is still selling at full retail price 12 months after release and I'm not surprised. There are more sophisticated and more complicated RTS games out there but I doubt there are any with more pure fun factor! Red Alert 2
