A-10 Tank Killer

A10 Tank Killer by Sierra - 1989

Remember the days when CPU speed was measured in single-digit x megaherz?

That's 8 x 1000 Hz. Herz is a unit of measurement referring to cycles per second. Typical personal computers today run at 200 times that speed. Mind you - the sims don't look 200 times better... or maybe they do?

Books

The Simple Science of Flight: From Insects to Jumbo Jets by Henk Tennekes
An amazing thing is the single graph that compares the flying properties of virtually everything, from gnats to Cessnas to 747's - -- with this and X-plane future aeronautical engineers could get a jump start on really understanding how stuff flies! - The Simple Science of Flight : From Insects to Jumbo Jets
