MiG-29 Fulcrum The first time the west good a good look at the MiG-29 Soviet "Superfighter" was at the Paris Airshow in 1989. My first MiG simThe first I heard of the MiG-29 was in the sim - MiG-29 Fulcrum - Domark 1990.All the MiG simsRead about PC sims of the MiG-29 FulcrumWhen MiGs collide: RAF Fairford 1989Rob "Bomber" Henderson was at RAF Fairford in 1993 when 2 MiG-29's collided during an airshow. Read his dramatic account here : MiG-29 Fulcrum crash at RAF Fairford UK - 1993Incredible free upgrade
I finally downloaded the upgrade to Su-27 Flanker 2.0 - which then becomes Su-27 Flanker 2.5, and allows you to fly my favourite a/c - the MiG-29 ! Having just acquired my Thrustmaster H.O.T.A.S. Cougar it was time to get deeply into the flow and ebb of a fast jet sim again... so I started creating training missions for my force of one! When I get deeply into something I like to start at the shallow end - so these missions are dead easy! ... if you call flying a MiG or Sukhoi around in the fog, dropping bombs and landing safely easy .. First I check out the MiG-29K
There were over 150 features improved and added in Su-27 Flanker 2.5 and I've illustrated quite a few of them for you : Naval Units Aerial refuelling Effects improved Teamwork New wingman commands Animated controls Jettison external fuel tanks Nav in GROUND attack mode Camo - Su-39 and Su-25 Neustrashimy frigate Ejection seats tweaked F-15, F-16, FA-18, A-10 folding of MiG-29K’s wings Encyclopedia Drag effects Setka mode carrier ops IR missile launch Carrier Mini-HUD Chaff and Flares HUD glow Su-30 Su-39 Frogfoot Links Developer : Flying Legends Publisher : Mindscape Read on - Su-27 Flanker 2.5 Flight Sim Toolkit in Computer Pilot" Flight Sim Toolkit gets another article in Computer Pilot - Computer Pilot Magazine - in issue 6 volume 3, this also marks a milestone after many months of asking for the release of the source code.
