Flights
Selecting Flights gives you a list of pre-set flights, rather similar to the Challenges menu in fact. One neat aspect of the sim is that you can change aircraft as simply as pressing Alt - A - Enter. Here's a shot of the Acropolis over the left wingtip of the Extra 300S
