The first thing you see on launching the lesson is the instrument panel with a bit of sky beyond and a glimpse of runway.

The instructor starts talking to you and the tower,
he also offers to handle the radio which is nice of him !

Then it's full throttle, rotate at 60 knots and climb at
10 degrees and 80 knots





Then set RPM to 2300



... and continue climbing to 3,000 feet.

"Check your heading! "



Just as I'd got settled in on the correct Heading, Altitude and Speed the instructor
told me to "Turn to a heading of 180 degrees" ...
