The F22 keyboard overlay (partial view)


How refreshing to see a keyboard overlay included with the sim, even though it
only covers the function and number keys. This is an extremely cheap way to help
players get into the game quickly. On the other hand, CHEAP was the word which
sprung to mind when I picked up the manual. It has just over 30 pages.
Yes, 30 pages! There is another 40 pages in pdf format on the CD regarding
tactics and using the mission builder... but for a full priced game I felt ripped off.

Not to mention that the Australian release omitted the free headset included in the US release!

There are .pdf (Acrobat) format manuals on the CD, but I feel it's a bit rough to
pay for a full price game and then have to spend more time and money printing out the
instructions. Anyway the manuals are:

VOICE.PDF (This is an in depth explanation of VOICE OVER NET.)
FWEDITOR.PDF (The mission editor manual.)
TACTICS.PDF (This is an overview of air combat tactics.)
