AFTERBURNER OR MIL POWER
On some a/c afterburner is not
available. On these a/c pressing 6 will engage
mil power (100% rpm).

Stick 1/2 BACK AT VR
(Rotate speed)
Calculate the rotate speed by looking at the
minimum speed indicator and adding 30 knots.

Rotate 10 DEGREES
by putting the
FPI on the 10 degree pitch bar ( see pic ) WARNING
Do not over-rotate the aircraft at take- off or
the aircraft may stall. Be prepared to rapidly
adjust the stick forward as the aircraft takes
off....maintain precisely 10 deg pitch up.
