The CD contains about 10 minutes of video which is accessible from the HELP menu. It includes interviews with Anatoly Kvotchur - the Russian test pilot and in and out of cockpit shots of the "tailslide" and "Cobra" manoeuver.

I found it particularly fascinating to watch the numerous, small adjustments to the throttle and stick during the low altitude turn seen in the bottom row, second from the left.
