Katoomba is a popular tourist attraction in the Great Dividing Range on the western edge of the Sydney basin. The famous "Three sisters" rock formations were not visible in this mesh but the surrounding landmarks were all there. In the distance you can see Warragamba dam which holds more water than all of Sydney Harbour.

In this flight I recreated a trip I had taken some years before. The turbulence was such that I couldn't control the aircraft and had to hand it back to my most competent pilot friend. For the sim flight I set the turbulence to light... that's the good thing about sims, being able to add difficulties one at a time.
