Takeoff is supposed to occur at around 120 knots - although I believe that figure is for an unamed Typhoon. On each mission I was fully laden and carrying external fuel so I must have been near maximum gross weight at times - especially on Air to Ground missions. Did I mention the Typhoon carries a bucketload of ordnance?

We are talking 13 hardpoints!
