MiG-29 Fulcrum Domark's MiGs This Soviet Super Fighter was a mystery to the West until the late 1980's. As soon as details and photos were available, Domark created a simulation for the 16 bit computers of the day called MiG-29 Fulcrum - Domark 1990 naturally enough! By 1991 they had an updated version available - MiG-29M Super Fulcrum - and this was packaged with a full colour book from Osprey Aerospace! Great value! Both these sims had a minimal number of missions - about 6 in each - yes - S I X !!!! And people today complain about sims which lack a dynamic campaign... sheeesh! I spent many happy hours on my Atari 1040 ST with it's "switched" joystick (acting like a game console controller rather than a joystick) - squaring off again and again and again against the Chinese MiGs and British Harriers as well!! |
