Chino Ejects over Vegas - punches Elvis!

Chino reported:

They also have the world's highest roller coaster running around the top edge of the observation/restaurant building, but it was closed. But no worries, I later rode the Manhattan Express at New York New York -- a very fast, very steep, looping and barrel-rolling roller coaster. Another rush (4 minutes this one).

Finally I was walking Back to the hotel and passed Las Vegas Helicopters -- well, didn't QUITE pass! I took a 15 minute sightseeing ride in a stretched Jet Ranger, flying all round the garishly lit city. I arrived second for this flight, so another guest (pilot, it turns out - crop duster) got to claim the front seat! I also had no camera with me, but I enjoyed the ride more without it I suspect. The liftoff and landing (quick hover then a pedal turn to line up with the pad).

I can't resist anything that resembles flying!

Rollercoaster fun

If you want to tear pu the strip in Vegas wiithout breaking any laws - get USAF - the training missions are set just near Vegas and you can recognise the more distinctive buildings there. MiGMan
