1. Intro
Chuck introduces the game, tells some stories. He also mentions a guy named "Ned" Ned? Who is Ned?... an EA software developer? Project leader?

Here he lectures about maneuvering, e.g. formation flying and dogfighting.

5. Test Pilot
And last, Yeager advances to the test pilot's business, telling a hair raising story of spinning one of Bell's rocket ships. The last part is about piloting airplanes in general.
