  • content_pasteThe "Soviet Super Fighter" is what we called it in the 1980's. Modelled here by Deimos. The cockpit interior has bland textures, however that's irrelevant to me because I use a physical cockpit. BUT - it's in the flight model that the MiG wins! Fantastically fluid and responsive. Does it perform accurately at the extremes of the envelope? Well, (1) I wouldn't really know and (2) I don't think ANY of the ac do, and that's down to limitations of the sim's flight modelling. I also enjoy the engine sounds, which use at least 3 different frequencies and change as you move around the airframe. Great fun.

  • content_pasteA classic. 'nuff said! Modelled very nicely by SC Designs. A Dec 2022 upgrade added CFD, but I have to say it seems rather stiff. It's still early days for realistic implementation of CFD I feel.
