Elevator Trim disable after sim update, 20th June 2021

I submitted this to MSFS 2020 ZenDesk.
Hi,
-/o\- PROBLEM
After installing the most recent world and sim update I cannot control elevator trim.
The trim only moves 1 step up or down (see attached images).
I use an analog axis for elevator trim under this setting: ELEVATOR TRIM AXIS (0-100%)
I've recently created over 200 YouTube videos in MSFS in which I fly at very low altitude and speeds of 300-400 knots.
For this flying style an accurate and sensitive trim control is essential.
-/o\- DIAGNOSTICS
In Controls Options: Thrustmaster Combined: Sensitivity:
JOYSTICK L-AXIS X
JOYSTICK L-AXIS Y
JOYSTICK L-AXIS Z
JOYSTICK R-AXIS X
JOYSTICK R-AXIS Y
JOYSTICK R-AXIS Z
JOYSTICK SLIDER X
JOYSTICK SLIDER Y
... all axes are shown as working.
* All these axes work perfectly on other aircraft functions such as elevator, rudder and throttle. *
Using the keyboard commands (default numpad 1 and numpad 7) does not give the same finely calibrated result I need at these speeds and altitudes.
* My other relevant settings:
General Options: Accessibility = All turned OFF
General Options: Flight Model = MODERN, REALISTIC
* Different aircraft
MB-339 from India FoxTecho = BROKEN
Zlin Aviation Shock Ultra = BROKEN
Pipistrel Virus SW121 = BROKEN
* Keyboard trim controls = SAME RESULT
* Mouse clicking on the cockpit controls = SAME RESULT
-/o\- CONCLUSION
An internal code change must have disabled the proper functioning of the trim.
Can you please look into this?

June 21st, 2021: Update and solution

My flying buddy Flying Singer went into test pilot mode and reported by video that his trim axis is working fine after the latest sim update.
I duly notified the good helpdesk people at Microsoft:
-/o\- PROBLEM FIXED ! -/o\-
I had a friend check his system with the new sim update and his trim axis worked fine.
So I:
1) Restarted Windows, which included a windows update.
2) Loaded my device drivers
3) Started Microsoft Flight Sim 2020
The trim axis works again.
-/o\- DIAGNOSIS -/o\-
Probably a corruption of my Thrustmaster device driver (T.A.R.G.E.T software), which is reasonable considering I had not rebooted my system in about 2 months.
-/o\- FUTURE ACTION -/o\-
Reboot my system about once per week. Or more often.
Thank you Flying Singer! I am looking forward to finishing my World Tour now!
