Rico Jansen steered me towards Flying Muffin's Strategic Command for EF2000.
❝It is an add-on to Digital Image Design’s EF2000 version 2. It allows you to take total control of all the strategic and tactical aspects of an EF2000 campaign, plus it allows you to create and save Simulator files. The release fully supports the DOS-based, non-accelerated, EF2000 Version 2 (English ) or EF2000 with the Tactcom add-on only.
