Heavies are not my cup of tea and so I can't give this a rating. Judging by the stats in the marketplace it seems to be very popular. I bought it to have a poke around what must be one of the largest aircraft ever built, and I did take it on one flight from Richmond Military to Jervis Bay. My landing (!?!) was horrible and only served to increase my respect for those that can handle the enormous momentum of these beasts. My hat is off to you gentlemen!

A nice first sortie, but the external model and resolution of the liveries isn't up to what MSFS 2020 customers have come to expect. The "Soviet Super Fighter" is what we called it in the 1980's. Modelled here by Deimos. The cockpit interior has bland textures, however that's irrelevant to me because I use a physical cockpit. BUT - it's in the flight model that the MiG wins! Fantastically fluid and responsive. Does it perform accurately at the extremes of the envelope? Well, (1) I wouldn't really know and (2) I don't think ANY of the ac do, and that's down to limitations of the sim's flight modelling. I also enjoy the engine sounds, which use at least 3 different frequencies and change as you move around the airframe. Great fun.

Race 9 changed names a number of times since its 1974 win, returning to Gotcha! in 2016, the name it retains today."

Aero AE-45 / AE-145Aero AE-45 / AE-145 2024
"The Ae-145 is a twin-engine, low-wing utility aircraft developed and manufactured by Aero Vodochody of Czechoslovakia. A team of five Czechoslovak engineers sought to innovate an efficient, low-maintenance civil aircraft that could perform a wide variety of applications. Their work was fueled by national pride as much as by aerospace engineering aspiration; they sought to re-establish the Czechoslovakian aviation industry in the post-World War II era and propel it onto the global stage. The Aero 45 became an immediate success throughout Europe, with models being exported to France, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, and other nations. Pilots raved about its cockpit visibility, range, speed, and reliability."
