The new scenario starts after the Eurofighter Typhoon campaign and assumes that you lost Iceland to the Russians. Based on an aircraft at the North West tip of Iceland you are thrown in the deep end with frantic air combat from the first mission. I think the difficulty level is way too high to begin a campaign. After struggling through the first 4 missions, and aided by the excellent strategy guide, I decided to replay the original campaign first.
