MiGMan's F/A-18 Campaign
You'll fly an F/A-18 Hornet against land, air and sea forces. You won't be alone, however.
For a start you fly as number 2, with an able wing leader giving you instructions. Then there are the F-14 Tomcats of the CVN Eisenhower and the Harriers and Cobras of the Marine Expeditionary Brigade along for the ride.

A critical situation has developed as the Red Chinese push towards Vladivostock. The Russian government has requested miltary aid from their western Allies.
The Eisenhower Carrier battle group has been directed to proceed at best speed to Vladivostock in order to provide air cover for a small scale Marine expeditionary force based around the Wasp.
As the two fleets steam westward, conduct a training flight...use the Air to Air and Air to Ground checklists, and the Carrier Ops checklists.
Your objectives throughout the next week are (in order of priority):
Protect yourself
Bring back the airframe after each flight
Protect your wingleader
Protect the fleet
Protect the Marine Corp assets - (Vessels, Armour, Aircraft)

This friendly frigate is in bad shape. This EA-6B Prowler is just one of the dozens of friendly aircraft in the area... make sure you get a visual before releasing your Air to Air missiles.
The Grumman EA-6B Prowler carries a crew of four: A pilot and three electronic warfare experts.
The Sukhoi 7 is about to feel the effects of a Sidewinder... and the afterburner sure presents a juicy target. Don't underestimate these older aircraft, the North Koreans have some excellent pilots.
